The doctor recommended that alcohol be completely eliminated from the diet, since the body has to spend a large amount of antioxidants on its breakdown, which are necessary for muscle growth. If this is not possible, then you need to limit yourself as much as possible, drink more water, as it helps to remove alcohol from the body.
Mykityuk also noted the harm of potatoes. According to her, fried potatoes have a negative effect on the body and lead to a slowdown in muscle growth. However, boiled potatoes are suitable for an athlete's diet, the expert believes.
In addition, the specialist advised to give up chips, mayonnaise, crackers and lemonades. The nutritionist suggests replacing sweet and starchy foods with natural yogurt with berries and fruits or smoothies made from oatmeal, honey and low-fat milk.
