Presnensky district of Moscow became the first in the ranking of locations in terms of average price growth per 1 sq. m. meter in the secondary market of elite housing from the beginning of 2022. In the period from January to August, the average cost of one “square” increased by 8.3% to 1 million rubles. The second place was taken by the Khamovniki district, where the growth rate of prices amounted to 7.4% to 1.21 million rubles per “square”, the third – Arbat (an increase of 3.3% to 990 thousand rubles per “square”). Tverskoy district is next in the ranking (+2.9% to 1 million rubles), and Yakimanka district closes the top five in this list (+2.5% to 1.43 million rubles).

According to Intermark Real Estate, the average price per “square” at the beginning of September 2022 in the secondary market of elite housing in Moscow amounted to 1.05 million rubles, which is 3% more than was recorded at the beginning of this year.
