Residents of Moscow began to receive notices about the cancellation of subpoenas. They are carried by employees of the capital’s prefectures, said TASS. In addition, the Moscow City News Agency informsthat their correspondent received such a document.

Former Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin informedthat the Moscow military registration and enlistment offices and city services checked and clarified the mobilization credentials of those liable for military service and the summonses already sent out for compliance with mobilization orders.

Based on the results of the inspections, the military registration and enlistment offices sent notifications about the withdrawal of summonses, which were issued on the basis of inaccurate or unreliable data on those liable for military service.

The military registration and enlistment offices have created special groups for complaints on issues of conscription within the framework of mobilization.
