The department clarified that liability is provided for under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of the established procedure for organizing or holding a rally), 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (public actions aimed at discrediting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation), or under Art. 151 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (involving a minor in the commission of antisocial acts), art. 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public dissemination of knowingly false information about the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation), Art. 212 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mass riots).
