Problems caused by the mobilization of citizens eligible for deferment are often the fault of the citizens themselves. This was stated by the military commissar of the Altai Territory Marat Usmanov.

“There is a lot of indignation from the fact that citizens who have the right to deferment receive summonses. This became possible as a result of the fact that citizens themselves did not fulfill their military registration obligations, did not report to the military commissariat about a change in their marital status, about a change in their place of work. Some of the cadres of enterprises and organizations did not inform the military commissariat about the appointment of citizens to positions subject to reservation, ”Mr. Usmanov explained in Telegram channel regional government.

According to him, 62 of the approximately 100 mobilized residents of the Altai Territory will return home, whose age turned out to be over 35 years old for ensigns, sergeants and reserve soldiers, 50 years old for junior officers and up to 55 years old for senior officers. The rest, Marat Usmanov noted, decided to continue their service.

Earlier, the government of the Altai Territory reported that 59 mobilized residents of the region would return home due to mistakes made during the call. At the same time, Governor Viktor Tomenko said that statements indicating such errors continue to be received.
