The decree developed by the Ministry of Economic Development, which allows filing applications to the court remotely, was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin. This was reported in the ministry itself, specifying that the innovation will be implemented through the automated system “Justice”.
“The project was prepared based on the results of a pilot project carried out by the Ministry, together with the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation and the regions of the Russian Federation, to provide applicants with access to the Pravosudie GAS system at the MFC. As part of it, the MFC provides for the possibility of organizing access for applicants to the system in the user support sector, ”the message says on site departments.
In the fall of 2021, a contract was placed on the public procurement website for the development of the Justice Online service, the purpose of which was to form a single information space for courts of general jurisdiction. At the same time, as notedRussian courts do not intend to abandon the manual distribution of cases between judges, despite the fact that the system of automatic distribution of cases has been in place since 2018.
