Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said that over 3.5 million Russian families improved their living conditions in 2022. “Of course, the main tool for solving the housing problem is a mortgage. Last year, three-quarters of all transactions for the purchase of new buildings were concluded with borrowed funds,” the prime minister said.
