The second stage of development of industrial centers of competence (ICC) will cost the state 11 billion rubles. On June 1, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin instructed the Ministry of Finance to allocate these funds during the plenary session of the Digital Industry of Industrial Russia (CIPR) conference in Nizhny Novgorod. ICC were created a year ago to replace foreign solutions in key sectors of the economy and on the initiative of Mishustin.
