Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin called the situation in the new territories of Russia difficult. He noted that risks of infrastructure damage remain.
“The most difficult situation with preparations for the autumn-winter period is noted in the new Russian territories,” he said, adding that all issues are systematically resolved, for which interdepartmental headquarters have been created.
According to Mishustin, work will continue until all planned activities are implemented, especially work in housing and social institutions.
