The leader of the Duma faction “A Just Russia – For the Truth” Sergei Mironov sent Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin a proposal to establish state guardianship over the families of the dead members of the NWO.

“In order to provide high-quality and comprehensive social support to the families of the deceased participants in the SVO, it is proposed to establish personal patronage (guardianship) of representatives of the executive and legislative authorities of the federal and regional levels in relation to such families,” Mironov wrote in an address to the prime minister.

In addition, he proposed to provide for a special type of savings bank deposit for NBO participants, and in general to develop a government program to support NBO participants, where his proposals could be integrated.

At the same time, as reported, the deputy told the prime minister that it is necessary to systematize the legal norms relating to the participants in the NWO.
