Military sports training camp named after I.N. Mikhasik is held in Vologda region
About 100 young men aged 16 to 21 gathered in Sheksninsky District. The Military Sports Training Camp-Competition named after I. N. Mikhasik is taking place here. The participants were 12 teams of students from secondary vocational education institutions in the region.
This year, the training camp is being held for the 23rd time. Young men master the basics of military service and theoretical training. The competitions also allow them to test the physical capabilities of the boys. The boys will demonstrate their level of drill, fire, and medical and sanitary training.
The program of events includes disassembling and assembling a Kalashnikov assault rifle, a game on the terrain, a test on general military regulations, and a creative performance on the topic “We are the defenders of the Fatherland.”
