Microsoft Corporation held a presentation of new versions of the Bing search engine and the Edge browser, created on the basis of artificial intelligence. The search engine will be able to accept requests up to 1000 characters, as well as compose text responses to user requests.

Bing has been supplemented with the Prometheus bot, which is built on a new generation language model. It will be able to accept requests in 100 languages. According to Microsoft, the capabilities of the search engine are superior to those of the chat bot ChatGPT.

Also, the search engine will issue ready-made instructions and answers to user requests. As explained at the presentation, at first Bing answers will be issued along with links to sites, but in the future they will be removed.

Bing will be built into new versions of the Edge browser. Microsoft is also going to build a search engine into the Windows operating system as an assistant.
