Medvedev announced plans to "cheer up" the heads of defense industry enterprises with Stalin's telegrams

Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev plans to "cheer up" the heads of enterprises of the Russian military-industrial complex with wartime telegrams from Joseph Stalin. The politician spoke about this in an interview with Russian media.

“I recently read the telegrams of the Supreme Commander Joseph Vissarionovich Stalin on issues of the military-industrial complex <...> I want to read these telegrams to the directors of our factories in order to cheer up, ” said Medvedev (quoted by RIA Novosti). According to him, "they deserve to be told about them."

In February, Medvedev declaredthat Russia should increase the production of various types of weapons and military equipment, including modern tanks. He noted that this task follows from the state defense order and decisions made by Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Last December, in his Telegram channel, the politician wrotethat the enemy of Russia is located not only in Kyiv, but also in Europe, the USA, Japan and other countries, so Moscow is increasing the production of the most powerful weapons. According to him, "the enemy dug in" not only in Ukraine, but also in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand and "in a number of other places sworn to the modern Nazis."
