“Leaders of Revival”: in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, personnel competitions have been launched

The winners will be able to personally influence the development of their regions

Text: Competitions of personnel reserves “Revival Leaders” began in two regions at once: in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, on Wednesday, September 21. The participants who won them will be included in the personnel reserves, from which, following the results of training, people will be appointed to senior positions in the regional management system. In addition, they will receive a million rubles each to study in Russia.

The launch of the competitions was attended by the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the Russian Federation Sergey Kiriyenko, heads of military and civil administrations, chairmen of the governments of Zaporozhye and Kherson regions, as well as representatives of the Public Councils and organizing committees of the competitions and experts.

As Sergei Kiriyenko explained, the Leaders of the Renaissance contests are held on behalf of the President of Russia.

“The heads of the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions turned to the President of Russia Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin with a request to help in solving acute problems with professional personnel, which are now needed for the restoration and development of these regions. Since 2017, a system of social lifts has been developing in Russia, the Leaders of Russia competition for managers is held annually, and the presidential platform “Russia is a country of opportunities” is in operation. And such mechanisms are now very much needed in the liberated territories. Today we are launching the Leaders of Revival contests in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions,” Kiriyenko said.

According to the head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region Vladimir Saldo, a new chapter in the history of the region begins, and with it a lot of work lies ahead.

“In the light of upcoming events, many new complex tasks await us, and we really need qualified personnel who are ready to work for the benefit of the Kherson region. I am sure that the personnel competition will allow us to find the best, with whom we will overcome this path together,” said Saldo.

“Participants of the competition will get a unique chance for accelerated personal and professional development and the opportunity for rapid career growth,” said Sergey Eliseev, head of the government of the Kherson region.

According to the head of the Military-Civilian Administration of the Zaporizhzhia region, Yevgeny Balitsky, the competition “Revival Leaders” once again shows that the region is embarking on the path of reunification with Russia.

“We need to solve a huge number of tasks, problems, challenges in the social sphere, in the economy, in the public sector, and in many others. To do this, we need competent, efficient, involved, motivated specialists, whom we expect to find through an open personnel competition,” he added.

Representative of the Public Council of the competition “Revival Leaders. Zaporizhzhya region” Oleksandr Pataman called it necessary to have people who have a fusion of professionalism and enthusiasm, thanks to which it will be possible not only to unlock the region’s human resources potential, but also to give a clear signal that from now on all crisis phenomena in this territory will be overcome together with Russia.

According to Anton Serikov, executive director of personnel competitions, the Leaders of the Renaissance competitions are based on the model of the Russian Leaders of Russia competition for managers, which has been held since 2017. “Personnel competitions in Zaporozhye and Kherson regions also consist of registration, remote and in-person selection stages. Registration has already begun, you can apply on the website of the leaders of the revival.rf. Those participants who fulfill all the conditions of the first stage within the specified time frame will be admitted to the next, remote, stage of the competitive selection,” he said.

Recall that the purpose of the “Leaders of Revival” competitions is to search, develop and support promising leaders who are ready to solve specialized managerial and substantive tasks, who have leadership qualities, organizational skills and a desire to restore their regions.
