Latvia refused to issue visas to Russians avoiding mobilization

Latvia will not issue humanitarian visas to Russians who avoid mobilization. This was stated by the country’s Foreign Minister Edgar Rinkevich.

“For security reasons, Latvia will not issue humanitarian and other visas to those citizens of the Russian Federation who evade mobilization,” he wrote on social networks.

Rinkevich also said that Latvia will not change the restrictions on crossing its border for Russians with a Schengen visa.
