The governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Alexander Uss, said that the criteria for partial mobilization must be met in the region “without camaraderie”.
“It is necessary to strictly observe the restrictions on conscription, which are established by decree of the President of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defense. There should be no campaigning in this matter, ”he wrote in his Telegram channel.
He also pointed out that if the summons came by mistake to a person who does not fall under the criteria, you need to “sort it out, apologize and return him home.” According to him, “an individual approach” is needed.
Recall that in Russia on September 21, President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization.
