Konstantinov called for the creation of "black lists" of those who went abroad

The head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, called for the creation of lists of those who went abroad after the start of a special military operation in Ukraine.

“If a person just ran away and ended up among our anti-heroes, there must be responsibility. Such people need to be marked,” Konstantinov said.

He added that it is impossible to pretend that this person will arrive tomorrow, after serving time abroad in difficult times, and continue to live in peace. "

"This cannot be allowed. This is wrong, this is unfair," the Crimean politician said. He added that people on this list should not have their property confiscated or be deprived of their freedom, but they should not be taken to public service and allowed to take on government orders. Also, these people will not be able to engage in political, public activities, including giving concerts, Konstantinov believes.
