The Central Bank asked banks for lists of employees applying for reservations against partial mobilization. This is reported “Kommersant” with reference to sources.

About 100 organizations received a request from the Central Bank. The request states that applicants for the reservation must have a higher education from the established list and perform critical work in the bank. At the same time, the Central Bank did not give a separate list of vacancies.

Similar lists are compiled by insurance organizations. On September 28, the All-Russian Union of Insurers (VSS) reported that its head, Igor Yurgens, asked the chairman of the Central Bank, Elvira Nabiullina, to assist in granting a deferment to some employees of insurance companies.

Earlier it became known that employees of the financial sector, “employed in critical areas,” would be released from mobilization. At the same time, there should be no more than 30% of such employees in the organization.
