According to the press service of the government of the Kaliningrad region, a tennis tournament dedicated to the memory of tennis player, ex-director of the Kremlin Cup and a student of Kaliningrad sports Alexander Volkov has begun at the Baltika stadium. The Russian Tennis Federation allocated a fund in the amount of 1 million rubles to the prize-winners and winners.

70 representatives from 20 cities of Russia will take part in the week-long tour. Competitions will be held in men’s, women’s and mixed categories. The games are scheduled to start at 10 am and will continue daily until June 4.
