The government of the Kaliningrad region explained which of the inhabitants of the region is closed to leave Russia. This applies only to those Russians who received summons. But if a Kaliningrader is simply suitable in all respects for being called up for service at the stage of partial mobilization, then he still has the right to leave the country.

As the chief military commissar of the region Yuriy Boychenko said, the commissariat passes the lists of citizens to be mobilized to the border guards. Those, in turn, verify the data when people pass through passport control.

Thus, at passport control it will be clear whether the exit of this citizen from the country is allowed. As the press service of the regional government clarified, these lists also include those citizens for whom summons have already been issued, but have not yet been received by the addressee, informs portal “New Kaliningrad”.

“That is, if they tell you at the airport at passport control that “sorry, your exit is closed,” this means that you have a summons,” said Dmitry Lyskov, head of the press service.

Separately, it is worth recalling that the Kaliningrad region is located separately from the rest of Russia. It has land borders with Lithuania and Poland.

It was previously known that Russians, due to partial mobilization, began to massively take trips abroad. Travel agencies complain about the avalanche of cancellations and cancellations of tours. As it turned out, in conditions where it is not clear whether summons will come to men of military age and their families, whether they will be welcome in the country of arrival, and most importantly, whether they will be able to return in a timely manner, many decide not to go anywhere.
