The Indian company LML is ready to offer its products to replace Western manufacturers of electric two-wheeled vehicles that left the Russian Federation, in particular electric scooters, electric bikes and electric bicycles. This is reported by TASS with reference to the director of the company-distributor of LML products in Russia “M. I. Distribution Group” by Ramnik Kohli.

“We will represent these vehicles in Russia and the CIS: electric mopeds, bicycles and scooters. We definitely plan to take the place of departed Western companies in Russia. India has a lot of experience in the production of scooters and motorcycles, historically India has produced more such vehicles than Western brands,” said Mr. Kohli.

According to TASS, LML intends to enter the Russian market in a few months. These plans were confirmed to the agency by LML director Yogesh Bhatia. The company is ready to offer three new products: the Star electric scooter, the Orion electric bike and the Moonshot off-road electric bike.

LML is an Indian vehicle manufacturing company based in Gurgaon, Haryana. The latest model of the 2022 LML scooter is the LML Star Euro 150, which was launched in India with a starting price of around 50,000 rupees ($600).
