The head of the press center of the group, Alexander Gordeev, said that in the South Donetsk direction, the Russian group of forces “Vostok” opened fire from a tank and destroyed the ammunition depot of the Ukrainian military and the Strepet drone.
According to him, the Russian military opened and destroyed the reconnaissance group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with mortar fire.
“Among other things, an enemy ammunition depot was destroyed in the Novopol area. In the area of Velyka Novoselka, two vehicles with Ukrainian militants were destroyed by the crews of Akatsiya self-propelled artillery mounts,” Gordeev added.
He clarified that in the Novoandreevka area, the Russian military thwarted the strengthening of the positions of the 128th mountain assault brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Manpower and two armored vehicles were destroyed. In the Gulyaypole area, during the counter-battery fight, an enemy mortar crew was opened and destroyed.
