In the Perm Territory, Dmitry Sekarin, a mobilized resident of Berezniki, who published a video in which he and other men called up for military service complained about the conditions of detention in the Ural District Training Center, had a conversation. This was reported by a source in the government of the Kama region. Information about the detention of the author of the video, which appeared today in social networks, telegram channels and the media, was denied by the interlocutor of Kommersant.

On the morning of September 29, in the Berezniki state of emergency group on the VKontakte social network, published video of Dmitry Sekarin, who introduced himself as a senior lieutenant of the medical service in the reserve. It shows men who call themselves mobilized residents of Berezniki claim that they were dropped off at a training center in Elani in the Sverdlovsk region on the street without food and necessary equipment.

Today the site Ura.ru with a link to a message in the group “Typical Berezniki” informedthat the man who posted videodetained by the military police. Later, the entry referred to by the publication was deleted.

In the Public Chamber of the Sverdlovsk Region reportedthat the security of the mobilized and the conditions for their placement in the Urals district training center are at the proper level.

In the military commissariat of the Perm Territory, information about inappropriate conditions is also did not confirm. The military registration and enlistment office explained that on the street, the mobilized are waiting for admission to the training center, being in buses, provided with dry rations and drinking water. Today the Minister of Territorial Security of the Kama region Viktor Batmazov personally will visit a training center to check the conditions for placing reservists from the Perm Territory.
