In the Sverdlovsk region, the military commissariat changed the decree on partial mobilization. Now those liable for military service cannot leave the territory of Russia, follows from paragraph No. 2.
“Officers, ensigns, midshipmen, sergeants, foremen, soldiers and sailors of the reserve are temporarily prohibited from leaving their place of residence without the permission of the military commissariat of regions (cities) outside the Russian Federation,” the order says.
In the previous version of the decree, it was forbidden to leave the boundaries of cities and regions.
Recall that Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization in the country on September 21. It is planned to mobilize 300 thousand people.
