The governor of the Pskov region, Mikhail Vedernikov, said on his Telegram channel on Saturday that the administrative building of the oil pipeline in the region had previously been damaged by explosions during the attack of two UAVs.
Vedernikov wrote that the final conclusions would be made by the task force upon completion of its work on the spot.
Earlier, the governor said that early on Saturday morning, an explosion occurred near the village of Litvinovo in the Nevelsk district, damaging the administration building of the oil pipeline.
According to the head of the region, no one was hurt.
