Andrey Travnikov, Governor of the Novosibirsk Region, signed a decree banning the retail sale of alcohol near mobilization points.
According to the document, it is forbidden to sell alcoholic beverages within a radius of 300 meters from the territories adjacent to the points of preliminary gathering of citizens of military commissariats. Also, a ban is introduced for the territory within a radius of 1 km from the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School.
The document says in the decree that the ban is valid for the time of the partial mobilization announced in the Russian Federation.
