The property management committee of the urban district of Solnechnogorsk confirmed that they had filed a lawsuit against Alla Pugacheva because of the delay in her rent payments. It is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the press service of the city.
They told the agency that they were talking about renting a plot in the area of the village of Berezhki near Moscow. The debt has been accumulated since April 2021.
In this regard, on April 7, 2023, the property management committee of Solnechnogorsk appealed to the Magistrate's Court No. 367 of the Tverskoy District of Moscow with a demand to recover the debt from the artist.
Previously Telegram channel Shot reported that Pugacheva sued due to non-payment of rent for a section of the coastline for a pier at a dacha in Berezhki. According to the publication, the performer owed 44.5 thousand rubles and another seven thousand rubles in the form of a penalty.
The dacha itself, according to some reports, is for sale. The cost of the object was estimated at 225 million rubles.
