In Moscow and the Moscow region declared a yellow level of weather danger due to black ice

The hydrometeorological center announced a yellow level of weather danger in Moscow and the Moscow region. On the territory of the region until 9:00 on February 5, there is a black ice warning. The same level of danger has been declared throughout the Central Federal District.

The yellow level of weather danger operates almost throughout the entire territory of western Russia, with the exception of several regions – St. Petersburg, Karelia, Dagestan, Leningrad, Orenburg, Samara, Penza, regions and a number of others. In the Krasnodar Territory, an orange level of weather danger has been declared. The hydrometeorological center reports an avalanche situation above 1500 m, fog, ice-frost deposits and heavy precipitation are expected in the region.
