In Chukotka, mobilized will be trained to provide first aid

The head of Chukotka, Roman Kopin, said that everyone who is preparing to go to the war zone in Ukraine will be trained in first aid. The training will be carried out by doctor Denis Kloss, who has been a volunteer in Donbass since 2014, Mr. Kopin said.

“Denis is ready to teach how to help with wounds, injuries, fractures, etc. in combat conditions … Medical students will also join the training,” the head of Chukotka wrote in Telegram. The first course will take place tomorrow, September 29, at the House of Folk Art of Anadyr.

Partial mobilization in Russia announced from September 21 by decree of Vladimir Putin. The regions are introducing support measures for the mobilized. In particular, Chukotka intends help the military with mortgages, utilities, and children’s education.
