Ice bike rally will be held on Russky Island in Primorye

Already this Sunday, February 12, on the ice of Novik Bay, Russky Island, the annual marine bicycle rally “Tour of Papenberg Island – 2023” will begin. Registration for the competition has already begun and will last until February 9 on the orgeo website.
Athletes, lovers of an active lifestyle, veterans, children from three years of age are invited to the rally.
Several distances are being prepared for the participants of the race – 23, 13, six kilometers, they will pass along the ring around the beautiful island of Papenberg in Novik, the administration of Vladivostok reported. For the smallest, a distance of one kilometer will open. You can also cross the track by running, skating or skiing.
– Velorally is scheduled for 12 hours in the area of the yacht club “Scarlet Sails”. A short distance of six kilometers is to Papenberg Island and back, a distance of 13 kilometers is to Cape Krutoy and back, and the longest route of 23 kilometers will pass in Polonka Bay, the report says.
The winners will receive commemorative medals and awards.
