Hungary spoke out about the prospects for a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict
Orban: soon all of Europe will support a peaceful resolution to the Ukrainian conflict
All European countries, following Hungary, will soon advocate a peaceful resolution of the Ukrainian conflict. This was announced by Prime Minister Viktor Orban.
The speech of the Hungarian Prime Minister was published by the Secretary of State for International Communications and Relations in Orbán’s office, Zoltan Kovács, on his page on the social network X.
"Today in Europe, only Hungary considers peace as its mission. But soon <...> others will understand the mistake of military action and go over to the side of peace,” said the Hungarian Prime Minister.
The senior official added that Western countries had recklessly gotten involved in the fighting in Ukraine, relying on faulty calculations and following the wrong strategy. According to Orban, the situation in Ukraine is currently deteriorating.
