HC “Izhstal” lost the away match with a devastating score of 6:1

At an away match in Voskresensk, HC “Izhstal” lost to hockey players “Khimik” with a score of 6:1.
This is the second match at foreign stadiums, which is played by the Izhevsk team – the first took place in Ryazan and its athletes won with a score of 3:1.
Hockey players “Khimik” took the lead at the very beginning of the game – in the first period they scored 4 goals, closing the half with a score of 4:0. In the second period, the opponents threw 1 puck into each other’s nets – Izhstal managed to “soak” the score of the game. However, the luck of the Izhevsk team ended there and “Khimik” in the last 20 minutes threw another 1 goal into the opponents’ gate.
The head coach of HC “Izhstal” Ramil Saifullin called the first 1.5 period of the match a complete failure of Izhevsk athletes. However, he noted that this is a good lesson for the team and in the future the players will take this experience into account when holding games.
