Krasnodar “Kuban” failed to reach the “Final Four” of the Cup of Russia in handball among women’s teams. In the quarterfinal match against CSKA Moscow, which took place in the capital, the opponents turned out to be stronger – 30:26.
Krasnodar were able to put up a decent resistance to the leader of the Russian championship, who won all 24 matches in the Super League. The maximum leadership of the army club was 5 goals.
