Gymnasts of Stavropol won “gold” at the tournament of the CIS countries

According to the press service of the administration of Stavropol, on the eve of an open friendly tournament among the CIS countries in aesthetic gymnastics “Roxet Cup” took place in Tula. More than a thousand athletes from 23 regions of the country demonstrated their skills and competed for awards.
“At the prestigious competitions, Stavropol was represented by pupils of the city club of aesthetic gymnastics “DAIS”, – added the press service of the mayor’s office of the regional capital.
As noted, in their age category (8-10 years old), Stavropol women competed among the strongest athletes in Russia – more than 30 teams. They performed a program with elements of gymnastics, acrobatics and free dance. According to the results of the tournament, they took the victorious 1st place.
