Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) Alexander Bastrykin took personal control of the situation with the removal of adopted children from the family of a participant in a special operation in Ukraine from the village of Beloyarsky (Sverdlovsk region) Andrey Zemlyanoy. Earlier, the eldest adopted daughter of a serviceman applied to the guardianship authorities with a complaint of ill-treatment. The family said that in fact they only took away her phone. On September 30, the court will consider a lawsuit to cancel the decision of the guardianship authorities to deprive Victoria Zemlyanoy and Andrey Zemlyanoy of parental rights.
