Greta Thunberg files lawsuit against Sweden

Swedish newspaper Dagens Nyheter reported that climate activist Greta Thunberg and more than 600 others have filed a lawsuit against the state over what they consider to be inadequate measures by which the Swedish authorities are fighting climate change.
The newspaper reports that together with the well-known activist, about six hundred children and teenagers, united in the Aurora movement, decided to act as plaintiffs. In their lawsuit, they demand that the climate policy of the Swedish authorities be recognized in court as insufficient.
It is reported that Greta Thunberg himself wrote on his social media account that “Black Friday” is the perfect day to file a lawsuit against the state, carrying out its duties in a slipshod manner. To
