The bank noted that they had previously signed the necessary documentation for the financial support of the project with the concessionaire of the project LLC Lytkarinsky Toll Road, which, in turn, signed an act on the start of construction with the Ministry of Transport near Moscow.

“The amount of capital costs for the project is estimated at 156.8 billion rubles, of which 105 billion rubles. will be financed by loans from Gazprombank. The bank will also provide bank guarantees necessary for the project,” the bank said.

Andrey Vorobyov, Moscow Region Governor, in the presence of Pavel Brusser, First Vice President and Head of the Department for Infrastructure Projects and Public-Private Partnerships of Gazprombank, launched the construction of the highway today.

The length of the toll road Solntsevo – Butovo – Vidnoe – Kashirskoye Highway – Molokovo – Lytkarino – Tomilino – Kraskovo – Zheleznodorozhny (YULA) will be 44.8 km, the project is expected to be completed within five years. The Lytkarino Toll Road will operate the constructed road network until 2049. How pointed out Vorobyov in July, YULA will bypass the capital from the south, in fact, it will become an understudy of the Moscow Ring Road and help unload the M-2 “Crimea”, M-4 “Don”, M-5 “Ural” and Kashirskoye Highway.
