Gazprom Neft shareholders approved the payment of dividends for the first half of the year
Meeting of shareholders of Gazprom (MOEX: GAZP) Oil" approved the recommendation to pay dividends based on the results of the first half of 2024. In a company statement published in center disclosure of corporate information, holders will be paid 51.96 rubles. for 1 ordinary share.
The number of company shares is 4.74 million, the company will allocate 246.34 billion rubles for dividends. The company has set October 14 as the date on which those eligible to receive dividends are determined. Dividends are planned to be paid no later than October 25, 2024 for nominee holders and professional market participants. Dividends will be paid to other persons registered in the register no later than November 15, 2024.
Gazprom Neft's policy involves paying dividends to shareholders in the amount of at least 50% of net profit according to consolidated financial statements. At the same time, for 2023, Gazprom Neft allocated slightly more than 75% of its profits to dividends. The amount of payments for the first half of 2024 corresponds to this level.
