The first experience of bringing together real and virtual sports was a success – this is the result of the “Figital Games” that ended in Kazan. The event became a test in terms of preparation for the Games of the Future tournament, which is scheduled to be held in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2024.

For three days at the international exhibition center “Kazan Expo” awards were drawn in four disciplines. The Brazilian team Tamo Junto won in phygital football, and Russia’s Take Shot won in phygital basketball. In both types of the program, the rivalry took place first on game consoles, then on regular venues, and the results of the matches were summed up.

Roman Konev won the Beat Saber competition, and the Team Reactor team represented by Ivan Boyarinov and Vladimir Kamkin became the best in the drone race. Thus, the share of the Russians accounted for two more first places. Representatives of Belarus, Bulgaria and Turkey also took part in the “Physical Games”.
