Former adviser to the head of the Pentagon Douglas McGregor on the YouTube channel Judging Freedom said that the representatives of the United States of America are well aware of the proximity of the defeat of Ukraine and therefore ask the European allies to send Kyiv as much military equipment as possible.
According to him, Ukrainians are now inevitably moving towards defeat.
“The American authorities understand this very well, so they are trying to figure out how to drag out all this suffering, how to drag out the fighting,” McGregor said.
He clarified that the White House wants to avoid a complete fiasco in Ukraine. Washington exerts every influence on Europe in the matter of deliveries of various military equipment to Kyiv.
At the same time, from a legal point of view, US representatives are now calling on European countries to take decisions that are regarded as “armed aggression.”
