Foreign observers who visited the polling stations near Moscow, organized as part of the referenda on joining Russia to the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, noted their good organization.

In particular, on September 26, representatives of Greece and Venezuela visited the polling station (PEC) in Odintsovo.

Political scientist and adviser to the mayor of the municipality of Almopiy (Greece) on international cooperation Konstantinos Andraniku emphasized that the moment of voting was historic not only for the inhabitants of the territories, but also for Russia and the world. The politician expressed his conviction that after the referendum the life of those who voted would become brighter. It is evident that they came to express their opinion without agitation, voluntarily.

“I talked to several of them and I see the joy on their faces, they come to the sites without fear and, most importantly, with confidence in their choice. I have already visited several PECs and I can state that everything is very professionally prepared for holding a referendum,” Konstantinos Andranik said.

According to Dia Nader de El Andari, ex-Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Venezuela to Syria and former Chargé d’Affaires at the Embassy of Venezuela in Serbia, the work of polling stations in the Moscow region is well organized. She noted individual isolated places and transparent urns.

“Referendums are being held in accordance with international law. People come with more hope for the future, for the future of their children. It is a great honor for me to be an observer,” said Dia Nader De El Andari.

She added that she had already observed the referendum in Zaporozhye and Crimea.
