How informs radio Sputnik, the chief specialist of the weather center “Phobos” Yevgeny Tishkovets, in an interview with reporters, told what weather awaits the inhabitants of Central Russia in late summer and early autumn.
“The end of the summer will be favorable …. In the third ten-day period, the readings of thermometers and precipitation gauges will be close to the average, that is, approximately 21 degrees and 77 millimeters of precipitation,” the weatherman said.
As for the onset of autumn, Tishkovets said that the Russians expect a fairly comfortable and smooth transition from one climatic season to another.
