Krasnodar strongmen took part in extreme sports competitions, which took place on March 18.
The spectacular tournament gathered a large number of spectators in the very center of the southern capital. Athletes moved the car for a while, participated in the relay race with shells weighing up to 90 kilograms and competed in the deadlift.
The commentator of the event was the legendary athlete, eight-time champion of Russia in weightlifting in the weight category over 105 kg Mikhail Koklyaev.
The mayor’s office of Krasnodar commented that such competitions are extremely rare in the city. Those who wish to watch the competition can visit the final, which will be held in Krasnodar on May 14 as part of the project “The Power of Cossack Yards”.
