Military expert Vasily Dandykin, in an interview with Russian journalists, spoke about a short pause before the decisive assault on Artemovsk (Ukrainian name Bakhmut), which they decided to take in the Russian army.
According to the expert, the “Wagnerites” need this respite to look around and gain a foothold in the liberated quarters.
“If the Armed Forces of Ukraine try to unblock the garrison, they will have to repel the attacks. If they are gathering reserves, it is necessary to strike at their positions. I think that this is being done, the Aerospace Forces are working. Most likely, this pause is not for long,” Dandykin said.
The expert also expressed confidence that it would not be long before the complete liberation of Artemovsk.
