Entertainment events will be canceled in the Voronezh region due to mobilization

In the Voronezh region, the nearest cultural events will be canceled against the backdrop of the announcement of partial mobilization. The ban will not affect sports and educational events. This was announced by the head of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev.

“I would like to emphasize that we are talking about entertainment, not about sports, not about educational things and the like. Indeed, now in a number of moments, on the contrary, it is very important to help people emotionally unload in the right way, ”Mr. Gusev wrote in his Telegram channel.

Alexander Gusev added that the Department of Culture will give clarifications on the cancellation of certain events. Those that won’t be cancelled, he said, “organize with restraint.”

The cancellation will affect events organized by the authorities. Mr. Gusev expressed the hope that private organizations “follow this example.” “The time for fun is yet to come. Today, all our thoughts and actions should be with those who are in combat formation,” he wrote.
