Embassy in Turkey advises Russians to carry cash due to situation with Mir cards

The Russian Embassy in Turkey commented on the termination of the use of cards of the Russian payment system “Mir” by some Turkish banks. The diplomatic mission recommended using the terminals of those banks that did not refuse to accept these cards, as well as carrying enough cash with you.
