Dolinsky called the sentence to Tsivin and Drozhzhina “a mockery of people”

The court found Mikhail Tsivin and Natalia Drozhzhina guilty of fraudulent activities related to the property of Alexei Batalov. Tsivin was prepared for 5 years in prison, Drozhzhina received four years probation.

In the acting environment, not everyone agrees with such a verdict. The famous actor Vladimir Dolinsky believes: Tsivin and Drozhzhina do not deserve such punishment.

Was Mikhail ready to be given a real sentence?

– Of course not. Even purely documented, he has nothing to do with it at all. If something was signed on Natalya, then in this matter he is just the husband of his wife, who helped her. Some kind of absurdity.

Why do you think the sentence was so harsh?

– Do you know how much television has earned on this? What big grandmothers! And after dozens, if not hundreds of broadcasts, if the court said they were innocent, can you imagine how many lawsuits they would file against television for what they did to them, calling them criminals?

– What are the next steps for Tsivin and Drozhzhina, in your opinion?

– I am sure that now the appellate instance will reduce their term. I give you a full guarantee that the term will eventually be minimal. Now the main thing was to find them guilty. And then they will say: yes, they were given a month on probation, but they did, they found them guilty.
