Nutritionist, candidate of medical sciences Irina Yuzup called the portal “Moslenta” vitamins, which are most lacking in the blood of the inhabitants of Russia.

According to Yuzup, almost all Russians suffer from vitamin D deficiency, which became especially evident after the coronavirus pandemic.

The nutritionist also drew attention to the fact that among Russians there is often a deficiency of vitamin B12, which leads to iron deficiency anemia.

However, the doctor warned about the dangers of taking vitamin supplements without consulting a doctor. According to Irina Yuzup, first you need to pass tests – and only then take vitamins. Now, says the doctor, only seven percent of the country’s population does this.

Earlier, the general director of the Stolitsa clinic, candidate of medical sciences, a practicing periodontist, Yegana Marufidi, told which products are most beneficial for teeth.

For dental health, you need to eat foods with calcium, Marufidi says. Cheese is richest in this mineral. Moreover, it creates a protective shell around the teeth, which protects the enamel from acidic foods. However, its absorption requires vitamin D, which is contained in the yolk.

It is also necessary to include fish and seafood rich in fluoride in the diet: mackerel, cod, pollock.
