Deputy of the lower house of the Russian parliament Andrei Gorokhov began to crack seeds during a meeting of the State Duma, which was devoted to the issue of joining new regions to the Russian Federation, and got on camera. The corresponding video appeared in the Shot Telegram channel.
According to Gorokhov, the seeds did not prevent him from casting his vote. “In order not to smoke,” the parliamentarian explained his actions.
