Chelyabinsk residents brought back several prestigious awards from the Falcon Hunt



Schoolchildren from the Chelyabinsk Region returned from drone control competitions not empty-handed. The South Ural children have several prestigious awards and first places to their credit

"Falconry" is an all-Russian championship among young people, where participants demonstrate their skills in managing and creating unmanned aerial vehicles. For the second time, the competition is being held in the Ulyanovsk region. Its participants compete in 4 main categories: "cargo delivery", "design of a quadcopter constructor" (subcategories "prototype" and "concept"), "autonomous mobile platform" and "autonomous passage of a labyrinth". More than 300 people from 27 regions of the country took part in the event.

The Chelyabinsk Region was represented at the competition by several groups from various cities of the region. The guys from Chelyabinsk, Magnitogorsk, Yuzhnouralsk and Zlatoust took part in the confrontation for the first places. In total, 5 teams, 17 coaches and pilots fought for the prize.

The 3rd place in the Design track in the Prototype category was taken by the TGs team from the IT Cube of Magnitogorsk. Under the guidance of the coach, the guys created an educational construction kit from which they can assemble their own drone.

The gold was taken by the Am-Nyam team from the Quantorium Technopark in Chelyabinsk on the Cargo Delivery track in the 15-18 age group. According to the team's coach, two systems were developed for the drone - one for capturing the cargo and dropping it, and the second only for dropping it.

Also successful Chelyabinsk students performed at the "Flagships of Education" competition.
